All user recruitment, sales activities, management, and collection of accommodation fees are handled by Angel Co., Ltd. After signing a lease contract, vacation homeowners simply wait for the fixed rent to be transferred, eliminating the need for complicated work.
The lessee is Angel Co., Ltd.
Angel Co., Ltd.'s 'Resort Sharing System' provides peace of mind as Angel Co., Ltd. acts as the lessee and enters into lease agreements with property owners to operate their rental vacation homes. Moreover, there are no contract fees.
The lessee is responsible for cleaning and utility expenses.
Angel Co., Ltd. handles all aspects of user/guest recruitment, collection of usage fees, building management and cleaning, equipment maintenance, and fire safety compliance construction work.
You can operate while retaining ownership
You can continue to use your vacation home as your own after the termination of the lease agreement, while maintaining ownership. (Contract duration is 10 years, with automatic renewal every year thereafter.)
We offer 100,000-yen worth of usage vouchers every year.
We offer our vacation homeowners a 100,000-yen usage voucher once a year, which can be used for accommodations. When you choose to stay at your own vacation home , we provide a 30% discount off the regular accommodation rates. (Accommodation rates vary depending on the day of the week and the season.)
